Head Lake In-Law Suite

For this cozy little suite we used Universal Design principals that ensure it’ll be a perfect living space for an aging parent. This space with its muted colour palette, classic furnishings and clean lines is a fine example of the modern country aesthetic. The inviting kitchen features Cambria matte countertops, white custom cabinetry and a farmhouse sink. The kitchen is visually separated from the sitting area by a high-top table that’s perfect for a meal for one or two. Thoughtful details like a vintage map of Haliburton, door-side nook to sit and put shoes on, and walk-in shower make this room an inviting retreat.
